The front home offers ground level entry with keypad check-in into the three bedroom home, new furniture and paint. You'll walk into a spacious living area with Smart TV and Infinity game board that leads into the new wine and coffee bar and sitting area that is open to the full kitchen with breakfast bar island seating. The kitchen offers full sized Appliances, Dishes, Cookware, Keurig, Big Brewing, Ice Machine, Air Fryer, Instapot, Crockpot, all in a nice open feel. The first bedroom offers a king sized bed, pool view, mirrored dresser, master bathroom, large walk in shower, 2 large closets, reading chair, and a smart TV. The second master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, mirrored dressers and smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 Full Beds smart TV, large closet night stand dresser. The second full bathroom is spacious with bath and shower and a pool exit and entrance.

Additionally, a 2 car garage that leads into a full laundry. room that directs you into the kitchen.

The pool is a heated salt pool that faces the west, but has some shade for those that rather enjoy the break, new adjustable table for eating and then lower for relaxing at coffee table height, comfortable pad lounge seats and chairs, grilling area, lounge seating around the pool, liana is enclosed and back yard has a private fenced that is gated.

Hello, Welcome to Sunsets and Seashells-

We have been vacationing most of our lives in SW Florida and when we started raising Logan, our daughter, it brought us the warm sunshine and seashell treasure finding of Cape Coral. The quietness of a small town but all the attractions at our fingertips; beaches, island fun, sunsets tours, ballgames, art fairs, fresh markets, water parks, dolphin excursions, and still a small-town feeling. We love to hear from our guests on their wonderful stay and the extra things we do to make you feel that sunshine and seashells is all you need.
